Ok people, let's try this...

$400 for the entire PAG C6 package, including shipping.
That's at least half off of the original price of the entire package.

Picture are available, but haven't had time to shoot them yet, as I'm preparing for a shoot this weekend.

I used it on one shoot - an informational video for a chiropractic office. It was perfect. I had it on a Bogen 3066 head as the entire setup was heavy (including the JVC DV5000 cam I had at the time).

We had a dedicated operator for the prompter - running the software from a laptop. If you are doing static shots (evening news style) I suppose it wouldn't be too difficult to just lock down your camera shot, hit record, then run the prompter yourself.

The doctor we were shooting had not read from a teleprompter before so we went through a few takes before the "flow" of his reading was just right. We did find ourselves needing to adjust the speed of the scroll often so that what he was reading was always at the center line of the reflector (looking directly into the lens and not above/below it).

Lastly, the further away we could position the prompter/camera from the speaker, the better. This is simply because the left to right eye movements of reading are more noticeable at closer distance. So, move your tripod back and zoom in.

Thanks for your interest!

Time for a tripod clear-out! I will accept Paypal (or a cheque, at a pinch). UK only. Shipping is extra, and at cost - probably via Parcelforce, it's all I have access to.

Libec LS-37

- Mid range tripod. Predecessor to the LS-38.
- 75mm ball leveller
- Single stage legs
- Spirit level
- Payload 4kg-8kg
- Bag
- Comes with ground level spreader
- Also with mid-level spreader for additional stability or for rough ground.

Comments:
Suitable for larger camcorders. Can be used for Sony V1/Z1 or Canon A1 at a pinch, though counterbalance spring is a bit strong for these cams. Really nice fluid action head. Legs are pretty sturdy for the price. Well looked after, this has only been used on a few filming trips.

Photo: http://www.mikeb.org.uk/4sale/ls37.jpg

Price new: approx £400, add-on mid level spreader £40
Asking price: £150

Libec TH-950DV

- Lightweight tripod
- 75mm ball leveller
- adjustable counterbalance (off/front heavy/back heavy)
- Two stage legs, mid-level spreader
- Spirit level
- Max payload 4kg
- Bag

Comments:
Would suit small camcorder, nothing bigger than a Canon XM2 or Sony VX2100e or Sony A1. Nice fluid action from head. Legs not the best - but that's what these are like from new. I've reflected that in the price. Rarely used.

Photo: http://www.mikeb.org.uk/4sale/th950.jpg

Price new: approx £200
Asking price: £50

Vinten Pro-6HDV

- Excellent lower-end pro tripod
- Vinten Poziloc tripod legs
- Ground level spreader
- Black aluminium alloy two-stage legs
- Pro6-HDV head based on Manfrotto 503HDV model.
- Adjustable drag and tilt
- 3 step counterbalance, plus zero
- 75mm ball leveller
- Illuminating Spirit level
- Payload approx 6kg
- Excellent Vinten-badged Petrol-made bag with good shoulder strap.

Comments:
A bit heavy - 7kg in total approx, but very solid. Ideally suited to someone who does event video rather than someone like me who hikes across country. Legs are really good, genuine Vinten poziloc legs identical to those in the Vision range

Head is great for the money. Bear in mind that it's not a £1500 Sachtler or Vinten Vision.

See Nigel's DV User review: http://www.dvuser.co.uk/content.php?CID=184

Well looked after. Only used on approx 6 field trips, other than around the house practicing.

Photo: http://www.mikeb.org.uk/4sale/pro6.jpg

Price new: approx £600.
Asking price: £300.

My business has had to make the move to HD so I have (3) different Canon GL2 videocameras for sale in (3) different packages. I'm listed the packages as "A", "B" and "C" to make things easier. All cameras/accessories have been treated with kid gloves over the course of their use and have no scratches on the original lenses (UV filters were placed on all cameras upon purchase and left on during use) and virtually no marks on the bodies.

Canon GL2 Package "A" -- $1,400
- Canon GL2 videocamera
- original cables (AV, S-video, USB)
- original remote control
- original shoulder strap
- standard and large viewfinder eyepiece cups
- original battery charger with AC cord and camera power adapter
- original BP-915 battery (approx. 1hr with viewfinder use)
- Lenmar LIC941 battery (approx. 7-8hrs with viewfinder use)
- Sunpack UV filter
- Sunpack circular polarizer filter
- Canon DM-50 shotgun microphone
- Canon WD-58 wide angle lens (.7) with lens hood
- Hakuba aluminum hard case

NOTES: Nothing to report. Everything works perfectly.

Canon GL2 Package "B" -- $1,200
- Canon GL2 videocamera
- original cables (AV, S-video, USB)
- original remote control
- original shoulder strap
- standard and large viewfinder eyepiece cups
- original battery charger with AC cord and camera power adapter
- original BP-915 battery (approx. 1hr with viewfinder use)
- Lenmar LIC941 battery (approx. 7-8hrs with viewfinder use)
- Sunpack UV filter
- Sunpack circular polarizer filter
- Canon WD-58 wide angle lens (.7) with lens hood
- Hakuba aluminum hard case

NOTES: The lens hood for the WD-58 was cracked on a shoot, but was repaired with adhesive and hasn't presented any issue since. Also, on 2 or 3 random occasions I've had the zoom rocker work more slowly than normal. This doesn't seem to be an issue, though, and may have been heat related? Not sure, but on each occasion it was outside at a wedding on a hot day. Finally, there is a speck of dirt inside the viewfinder that I can't seem to get out. It's in the viewfinder, so it doesn't show up on video, but it seems to be inside the viewfinder. It's not big, but it's there.

Canon GL2 Package "C" -- $600
- Canon GL2 videocamera
- original cables (AV, S-video, USB)
- original remote control
- original shoulder strap
- standard and large viewfinder eyepiece cups
- original battery charger with AC cord and camera power adapter
- original BP-915 battery (approx. 1hr with viewfinder use)
- Lenmar LIC941 battery (approx. 7-8hrs with viewfinder use)
- Sunpack UV filter
- Sunpack circular polarizer filter
- Hakuba aluminum hard case

NOTES: This camera began displaying a strange pixelization issue one month after the manufacturer's 1-year warranty ended. What happens is sometimes in the shadows and sometimes (not as often) in the mids you get some pixelization in the video image. In most shooting situations (decent lighting) the issue doesn't seem to appear at all, and in situations where it does (generally darker lighting) I've found I could make some adjustments in post to minimize it's appearance. I have noticed that it seems to be more of an issue when the camera is zoomed in. At full wide there isn't much of an issue in decent light. This issue is such a minor one that I haven't bothered to send the camera in and have it fixed, since it was only used as a wide-shot camera for wedding ceremonies. As such, this camera has also seen less recording use, since it is only used for the 15-20 minute ceremonies that I shoot. I have used it as a capture deck, which increased it's overall use, but I shoot a limited number of weddings, so it has maybe captured 75-100 tapes total. I have had 3 tapes experience tangles (fixable) on rewind, but I don't know if this was a tape issue or a camera issue since all 3 times were spread out and the capture conditions are always exactly the same. I can send a screenshot from a recent wedding to show the video quality from this camera. To be honest I don't think the pixelization is even noticeable and my clients have never said anything. Still, because the camera is not in perfect working condition I'm selling it for much less than the others.

SHIPMENT: Shipping costs will be determined once a buyer has been identified.

PAYMENT: I can setup an online payment for a credit card transaction once a buyer has been identified.

FINAL NOTES: These cameras are selling for $1,500+ at B&H for USED models without any accessories or a transport case. I have been totally up front with EVERYTHING regarding the working and visual condition of the cameras/accessories/cases, but once these items leave my hands the sale will be considered "as is" to protect myself from potential buyer misuse, etc. If you are serious about a purchase, please contact me via email: info@dreambigproductions.com

I can send images of any of the packages by email to anyone interested. Thanks!!

You said you would meet and didn't. Who you were meeting is irrelevant whether it was me in person, my boss or a delivery guy. I understand if you were on set and couldn't call immediately-fine, but you never called back, not later that evening, not the next day. Nor did you say that you were going to be on set, you said you would be around and available.

When I say I am going to meet someone, I do. If I can't, I call. It is really quite simple, all it would have taken is a returned call.

Martin I am glad your transaction went smoothly.

Looking for a Bogen Manfrotto 501 HDV head. I'd even be interested in a broken head as long as it will securely hold the camera. Tilt function desired, pan function not needed. Control arm also not needed. All that to say, if it doesn't pan anymore, that's okay. If the control arm is snapped off, that's okay. It just needs to tilt and securely hold a camera.

Looking to buy as cheaply as possible. I'd be willing to pay up to $60 for a fully operational head and up to $30 for a broken head, depending on what's wrong with it. Quick release plate not needed, but it'd be nice if you had that too and I'd pay up to $10 more for it.

An older model head is acceptible, as long as the new 501HDV quick release plate will fit.

A couple more items for the virtual garage sale. I will accept Paypal (or a cheque, at a pinch). Prefer UK only. Shipping is extra, and at cost - Royal Mail, ParcelForce or FedEx depending on destination and size/weight.

Rode 3m aluminium boom pole

- Extends to 3m
- Collapsed length approx 0.8m.
- Padded lower section for comfort
- Cable can be passed up the middle of the boom.
- Comes with two velcro straps to manage external cable.

Comments:
Reasonably lightweight, given that it is aluminimum and not carbon fibre.

Please note! This is slightly "butchered" - see photo. I cut out a small notch so I could get my XLR cable to actually go through the end. The only other way was to cut the end off the cable. It looks a little bit rough, but the edges are smooth and you won't cut yourself. Everything else about the boom is perfect.

I know, if I was doing it again I'd cut the cable and re-solder. But that's too late now!

Price new: approx £60
Asking price: £20

Kata CC193 camera bag

- Armoured ends
- Heavy duty handle and shoulder strap
- Bright yellow interior with modi-vers internal dividers (velcro, a djustable)
- Side pocket for tapes and other bits and pieces
- Double zip, velcro and catch to secure camera compartment
- Adjustables strap to anchor camera inside bag

Comments:
I used this with my VX2100 and then my V1. Excellent bag from Kata. I only upgraded because I needed something bigger when I bought more bits and pieces.

See photos for usage with V1. Main compartment is angled so my mic and camera fit, this can be adjusted - it's all movable velcro.

In my configuration, I have space for the Sony wide angle lens at the front, batteries and Lanc controller at the rear, and rain jacket along the side pocket. I put tapes, cleaning cloths and cables in the front pocket.

It's in good condition, no obvious marks or scuffs. I even hoovered it out to remove all the hairs off my Rycote softies!

Price new: £85-£100.
Asking price: £35.
