Just to be clear, this is an arm and vest kit for someone who already has the Merlin. The kit includes the new Metal Gimbal if your Merlin has the original plastic gimbal. If you do have the metal gimbal, I will deduct the metal gimbal as explained above.

I have decided to sell this and buy the Pilot. However, this works very, very well. One advantage using the Merlin is that you can use the quick release tripod plate, so in the course of a wedding day, say, you have more options with less setup time using the same camera.

Two items left from cleaning out my studio, both of these are basically brand new. I bought them for a lecture shoot, used for one day, and no longer need them.

The Cable: Brand new Comprehensive VGA 15-pin HD15 Male-Male Cable 50ft. Made by Comprehensive. I paid about $85 from bhphotovideo for this cable - I'll sell, ship, and paypal it for $40.

The Converter: The TVIEW Micro Scan Converter is a compact answer to home scan conversion; it accepts a computer generated video signal up to 1024x768 and outputs a PAL or NTSC standard video signal through a composite (RCA) or Y/C (S-video) connecter.

My use for it was to edit together a lecture with the Powerpoint stream for an online video. Paid about $85 from bhphotovideo, will sell/ship/paypal it for $40.

Ok I have an HVX package for sale. I'm in no rush, but I have to be honest with myself...my shooting is decreasing in frequency, and i'm studying for the bar. So i'm selling my HVX with 2 4gig P2 cards, a Petroff 4x4 Mattebox and rod support with 24 inch Redrock Micro Rails, 2 batteries and accessories (incl remote) for $4100. HVX has 165 hours on it with no time on the tape heads. Now the microphone is loose from someone (me) grabbing it by the mic...it works perfectly fine and I can provide a clip with me recording audio to show 100% functionality. There are a few cosmetic scratches on the handle from tightening the Noga arm bolt. I also have the remote and ac adapter which are not pictured. The mattebox is missing one filter tray which is replaceable for $65, I can order one for the buyer if desired. I'm not separating the package. Thanks for looking!
