I can't answer that question, but since it is a DV camera that shoots native 4:3, not many are going to want to pay top dollar.

Ask yourself what you would pay for your camera next to other new cameras on the market today.

Well, the life cycle my first feature is just about over. Wrapped production in 2005, did the festival circuit, produced a few featurettes, and finally released the Special Edition DVD last month, which I'm currently promoting. And after all of that, I'm burned out and have decided that I probably won't be making another movie for a while. But there's no reason why this perfectly wonderful Canon GL2 should sit around collecting dust!

- Canon GL2. Just back from a checkup at Canon's service center. Had one "Remove the Cassette" error and sent it in immediately. They've repaired it, so that problem won't crop up again for you! Camera has minimal hours on it and has always had a UV filter on the lens.

I'm in the process of upgrading my video equipment to an all-tapeless workflow, so I'm selling off my HDV tape based Canon HV20.

I purchased it back in November 2007, have put less than 10 hours of total use on the camera, it is as new, in box with all accessories, plus a second Canon battery, additional external battery charger, 1 GB MiniSD card (for photos) and 3 new HDV tapes. It has an extended 2-year warranty until November 2009 through Circuit City.

I just purchased the same cam off this forum with a Canon lens plus all the extras for 1500. I consider myself lucky, the seller did not make any false statements, a great guy yo work with, and the camworks perfectly.
Just to give you an idea, several were going on ebay for a little more than that price, but not a lot, and I prefer the sellers on this forum compared to ebay.

I have some great wireless mic sets, all four of them made by Audio Technica. Two are single channel units as I recall designated AT100. These are generally considered equal to the Sennheiser, although the receivers are bigger, probably because they are true diversity.

I also have two dual channel units in the AT 1800 series. These each have one receiver that receives from two separate transmitters, then either sends out two discrete signals through it two outputs, or mixes the two down to one of its outputs.

All of these come with bodypack transmitters, no BPs.

Also, all of these have their original Audio Technica mics, but I've also purchased and will include Countryman EMW mics which are quite good.

My light is the Zylight Z90 which is the one that switches between solar and tungsten with the push of a button. It comes with an adjustable arm, barndoors and a genuine Chimera softbox. This light can also be dialed to any color temperature and also to just about any color. It's really amazing.
