Steven Thomas April 25th, 2008, 08:30 PM SOLD Marshall Jim Karrels April 25th, 2008, 09:53 PM ...Manfrotto Avenger is still for sale... let me know if interested. Tim Bickford April 26th, 2008, 05:29 AM Two emails sent.... Tim Polster April 26th, 2008, 07:26 AM Whats this really worth guys? I can't answer that question, but since it is a DV camera that shoots native 4:3, not many are going to want to pay top dollar. Ask yourself what you would pay for your camera next to other new cameras on the market today. I would say the $2,500 is a decent target. Ryan Graham April 26th, 2008, 10:05 AM Hi All, Well, the life cycle my first feature is just about over. Wrapped production in 2005, did the festival circuit, produced a few featurettes, and finally released the Special Edition DVD last month, which I'm currently promoting. And after all of that, I'm burned out and have decided that I probably won't be making another movie for a while. But there's no reason why this perfectly wonderful Canon GL2 should sit around collecting dust! Here's what I'm selling: - Canon GL2. Just back from a checkup at Canon's service center. Had one "Remove the Cassette" error and sent it in immediately. They've repaired it, so that problem won't crop up again for you! Camera has minimal hours on it and has always had a UV filter on the lens. -Nice hardshell case -Three batteries! One BP-915, and two BP-945's -CA-910 charger/AC Adapter -Canon WD-58 .7X wide angle lens -Canon VFL-1 camera-mounted light -Tundra D-IIIB light meter -UV filter -Firewire cable My asking price for all of this is $1700, which includes shipping anywhere in the continental US! If you're interested, post here with contact info or e-mail me at ryan at 37point5 dot com. Pictures available on request. Thanks! Thanks, --JA www.madjavaproductions.com Michael Eskin April 26th, 2008, 01:46 PM Hi y'all, I'm in the process of upgrading my video equipment to an all-tapeless workflow, so I'm selling off my HDV tape based Canon HV20. I purchased it back in November 2007, have put less than 10 hours of total use on the camera, it is as new, in box with all accessories, plus a second Canon battery, additional external battery charger, 1 GB MiniSD card (for photos) and 3 new HDV tapes. It has an extended 2-year warranty until November 2009 through Circuit City. Here's some very nice video I shot on it this past weekend, transcoded from 1080p/24 HDV to 720p/24 h.264: http://www.vimeo.com/920476 I'm asking $700.00 + insured shipping for the whole package. Please email if you are interested or have any questions. Cheers, Michael eskin@cox.net Michael Eskin April 26th, 2008, 01:47 PM I'm upgrading to a high-end tapeless system (probably EX1), so I'm putting my essentially new condition HDC-SD1 up for sale. Its in absolutely new condition, used less than 10 hours since I've had it. Original box, all original accessories (cables, remote, 4 GB SDHC card, manual, software). Also includes an extra VW-VBG130 battery pack. It also comes with a 4-year extended warranty from BestBuy which is good until March 2011. Asking $650.00 plus insured shipping. Here's some video I took with the camera (audio from the Crown SASS mike in front of the pipers): http://www.vimeo.com/393284 http://www.vimeo.com/400610 http://www.vimeo.com/393388 Please email if you have any questions. I consider myself lucky, the seller did not make any false statements, a great guy yo work with, and the camworks perfectly. Just to give you an idea, several were going on ebay for a little more than that price, but not a lot, and I prefer the sellers on this forum compared to ebay. Two are single channel units as I recall designated AT100. These are generally considered equal to the Sennheiser, although the receivers are bigger, probably because they are true diversity. I also have two dual channel units in the AT 1800 series. These each have one receiver that receives from two separate transmitters, then either sends out two discrete signals through it two outputs, or mixes the two down to one of its outputs. All of these come with bodypack transmitters, no BPs. Also, all of these have their original Audio Technica mics, but I've also purchased and will include Countryman EMW mics which are quite good. My light is the Zylight Z90 which is the one that switches between solar and tungsten with the push of a button. It comes with an adjustable arm, barndoors and a genuine Chimera softbox. This light can also be dialed to any color temperature and also to just about any color. It's really amazing. http://www.zylight.com/servlet/Page?template=p_9_z90 Here's link to th Zylight website. Note: Mine has the D-tap cable that works with Anton Bauer batteries right off the adapter, so if you're interested make sure there's a cabling or power solution for your camera. I was using it on my PDW F350L XDCAM HD, but I sold that. Please check the new retail prices or any used prices you can find, no unreasonable offer refused. I will sell any number of the wireless sets including one of either. Tip McPartland tipsd9video@msn.com 909 338-3160 Chris Davis April 28th, 2008, 04:40 PM Better grab that fast. I think something like $2800 shipped would be a fair offer. Bill Grant April 28th, 2008, 06:34 PM Hey Jack, I'll take that deal if it falls through. This microphone is in MINT condition and includes the original windscreen, frequency response chart, and storage case. Serial number is: 0706. This is in perfect cosmetic and operating condition. Here is the manufacturer's description: The Sanken CS-1 is a compact, professional shotgun microphone designed for film, video and broadcast applications. It's slim, compact design conveniently allows on-camera mounting without obstructing the camera's view. The CS-1's cardioid polar pattern and off-axis rejection combine to deliver focused, targeted signal while eliminating noise and ambiance at the perimeter of the capsule. The microphone delivers narrow angle directivity in all frequency ranges to ensure accurate sonic performance and rejection with any signal source. A high SPL rating of 137dB allows reproduction of transient signals with no distortion, even at close proximity. I would like to get $650.00 (price includes shipping to anywhere in the USA, and Paypal fees). Please PM me if you have any other questions regarding this microphone. Thanks for the space!
