Canon 150-600 f5.6 FD lens with adapter to XL/XH cameras. This is the rare and venerable lens sought out for wildlife work. This one has been painted black on the outside. Very sharp, works great with the XH-1. The adapter was "homemade" of sorts, Machined aluminum, XL mount and FD mount. The adapter is mechanical, no glass, so no optics of the lens are compromised. Would also work with the RED camera with a FD mount (see reduser.net) Includes original canon trunk case. $3000. Email me for photos or questions. isaacbabcock@yahoo.com

This is a special priced XL2 Package for DVinfo friends...

Yes, these items are up for auction else where for HIGHER prices, but I'm a big fan of this forum so I'm combining the items into a lower kit price for forum members:

1. Canon XL2 Excellent Condition with everything it originally came with including the box.
2. Century Precision Optics .6x Wide Angle Adapter (not a zoom through) with both lens caps and box in excellent condition.
3. Porta Brace Bag CTC-2 Traveler Bag for XL2 in Mint Condition.

Entire package $2900 and I'll ship it insured for the actual costs of shipping plus insurance from Las Vegas. B&H retails the XL2 for $2999.95 after rebate, bag for $289.95, and the WA Adapter for $399.95. Thus, this is a great value.

Click my name and email me if you're interested and thanks,
Lonnie

Selling a pair of carbon fiber rods. It is 15mm in diameter, it is 50cm long . I can fit my Redrock focus on it, my Cinevate 15mm universal block and even my Cavision support set on them. (see pictures at the link below) I show you guys this because there are alot of companies that sell rods that doesn't fit most of the standard gears that we video or film people use.

http://www.letusdirect.com/marketplace/939-selling-15mm-carbon-fiber-rods-50cm.html#939

Rods are in very good condition. These are my spares so I haven't used them at all, They came straight from the factory.

I'm asking 70 euros shipped within Europe. for elsewhere add 5 euros more for shipping.
Still cheaper then you buy from Cinevate brand new.( $114 + at least $30 shipping)

It has wall thickness of 2mm, thicker then the Cavision 25cm rods that I have. Carbon is stiffer then steel. I have no vibration when using my Letus extreme or Brevis on them.

Paypal (verified) or bank transfer within E.U accepted.

Hi Marcus!
No...it's a mechanical adapter (like the canon one..but cheaper!!)...If you want a ground glass adapter search for Mini35 or Micro35...as you probably know, they have a ground glass inside.
But keep in mind that they have a significant light loss and are very expensive!
Regards,
Lorenzo

For all those who are a bit confused about this adapter, this is probably really close as to what it looks like.

I have a slightly used RT.X2 card

John you might want to list the computer specs required for this card so a potential buyer is aware and you don't have any return issues.

John,

How well does this monitor calibrate?

I am only concerned with the component inputs and getting the colors close to NTSC standard/legal.

Thanks

I'm putting my Canon XL H1 up again - I pulled back from selling a few months ago it because I needed it to re-shoot portions of a show I had used it on last year.

This is a very clean camera, about 75 hours max of use - it has never been used as a deck. The 20x lens is fitted with a Chrosziel focus gear. It has a custom mini-rod base, modified from a Chrosziel unit to incorporate a shoulder pad.

The camera comes with 2 new batteries (the small ones) and a Chrosziel production matte box - this is the professional rubber donut model with the bellows interior (cost $2,200 new w/o the mini-rod base - I used it originally with my super16 camera) - it takes 4x4, Panavision and 4 1/2" round filters.

I want $7,000 - you pay shipping and insurance, but I'll throw in a 4 1/2" polarizer - a very expensive piece of glass.

I have been bitten by the HD bug and would like to sell my DVX-100a.
It has 75 hrs on it and has been a great camera for me. No damage and has never been used as a deck.
I live in Carlsbad Ca. and would prefer a somewhat local buyer as I don't have paypal.

Haze filter
2 batteries
Manual
Case that "works" if you want it, original box if you don't.

I am looking for a cheap (like $50ish) miniDV camera to use as a deck. I'd prefer Sony, as my tapes were taped on a Sony, but any is fine.

I know that a lot of us here will probably have an old miniDV camcorder that is just sitting around. If you want to sell it, please email me, audio90@shaw.caNOSPAM.

Of course it's gotta be working, with firewire. I am in Canada.

The Matrox RT.X2 does require a pretty powerful computer and a very good graphics card, that is for sure. But, it is a wonderful way to edit.

For those interested, you can go to their website to get minimum specs on the computer.

hey jad there in absolutely no equivalent to the hollywood camerawork dvd set there is more information in those six dvds than one can hope to comprehend and retain the trick though is staying awake while viewing as they are so detailed it gets hard to watch for more than an hour the first dvd alone is worth the price

Charlie Gillespie

I did not even mention the name Ebay, let alone link to it. It is a last resort for me. JR mentioned that the pictures of the items had expired, so I wrote that he could do a search to find them. If that is against the rules, then I apologize and will not do it again.
