Doug Tessler November 11th, 2008, 09:55 AM Thanks for you response
Doug
Brian Maurer November 11th, 2008, 10:02 AM How old is this mic. Sorry, I forgot to ask that.
Doug Tessler November 11th, 2008, 10:44 AM I have had it since last December
Cesar Ruiz November 11th, 2008, 10:48 AM Glidecam 4000 Pro is still available.
$299 w/o quick release plate. Shipping included.
Brian Maurer November 11th, 2008, 10:56 AM Excellent. Well since someone got here before me, I'll wait until they make and offer or not. I'd also like to see a picture as well, if possible. We'll go from there.
Philip Hinkle November 11th, 2008, 11:44 AM I am doing a volunteer project with a local elementary school and the kids are making a documentary of their school since the building turns 20 years old this year. The school has a few miniDV video cams but they are base level consumer models. For the project we need a miniDV or D8 cam with at least a mic input and if possible a headphone jack. It doesn't have to be a 3 chipper but of course that would be even better. A consumer model with mic jack will do the job. I remember my old Sony D8 cams had a mic jack.
I would donate/loan one to the school but I sold most of my cams to pay for my HDV upgrade. The one GL2 I had left I donated to our church for our new video setup and it wouldn't be nice to take it back from them.
If someone has an old miniDV or D8 cam laying around the school here would be interested. If you can donate it we will get a donation receipt to you for your taxes. If you can't donate it but can sell it for a really good price we may be able to work that out too. The school person I am working with said the parents group has some fundraisers coming up so there may be some money but with budgets as they are, every penny they can save helps.
If you can help us with a donation or a cheap sale let me know. I will pay whatever shipping there may be. Anybody got an old cam collecting dust on the shelf?
Thanks....and the kids will thank you too.

Genuine UK dealer supplied, Spotless condition camera with original box / all leads / manual / VAAST Training DVD / KATA bag / SWIT HC battery

May also sell Manfrotto MN-503 / 503HDV video tripod kit c/w fluid head + 2 stage alloy legs + ground spreader + case (now replaced with Gitzo)
Jerome Cloninger November 11th, 2008, 06:00 PM I've used them for weddings and they do have some hours on them (please don't ask because I have no idea). I think I bought them in early 2006, but I can dig in receipts and see. They work fine, no dead/stuck pixels and have recently been used as capture decks and taken great care of... I want to start shooting 24f and they won't do Canon's 24f so I'll need to replace them with the HV30's.
Each has a cool little lens hood (not the rubber crap, but a hard plastic one) an IAS Shoe adapter to allow standard shoe accessories to be used and each has a standard and the largest battery (Sony Infolithium) that will shoot almost all day and a tripod stand off adapter that allows you to change tapes while mounted on a tripod (except a bogen 501 head).
These cams do great in good light and can be adjusted to use in dimmer situations, but not that good in LOW light. Make great balcony cams, floor cams, plant/bush cams, hidden cams (not on a person though), etc....
Would love to find these a good home to the community here rather than sock them on fleabay.
Don't know what to charge for them, but make me a good offer and we'll talk. Quick search on ebay had them anywhere from $600-$1100 each........ so make me an offer for both.
Later!
Paul Leung November 11th, 2008, 06:25 PM The whole set was SOLD this morning. Thanks Jeff.
Michael Kraus November 11th, 2008, 06:26 PM What a deal, I wish I had a couple grande....

This is just like new condition, no blemishes or problems at all. The infamous DVX100B camera that is used for a huge number of indie films (shoots miniDV tape) and they even use these on a number of MTV shows such as Jackass and Viva La Bam. I have made a few short films and some corporate videos with the camera.
Included in the sale is the camera, remote, battery, charger, Firewire cable, A/V cable, lenscap, instructions, 1 new miniDV tape and camera bag. Everything you need to get you started filming.
Not pictured: miniDV tape, firewire cable, instructions

Here is was the back says:

Chris Li November 12th, 2008, 09:03 AM Thanks to everyone who responded.
Brent Kolitz November 12th, 2008, 09:29 AM This equipment has been barely used (only 41 drum hours/94 fan hours). Includes all the original accessories, manuals, boxes. Everything is in super-mint, perfect, immaculate condition.
I'm selling only because this gear proved to be a little over the top for shooting home movies.
The camera body is still under JVC warranty for about another year, and then will be covered by a Mack warranty through September of 2013. The lens will be covered under Mack warranty through September of 2012. These extended warranties are fully transferable to you and are valid worldwide.
If you're interested in this camera/lens combo, this deal is a no-brainer: perfect condition, no risk with the warranties, and I'm a fast communicator and a very reliable person.
Here's what's included:
JVC GY-HD200U camera body
Fujinon Th17x5BRM lens (please note, this is NOT the stock lens that most people have -- this is a superior lens that currently sells for $3000 alone, at B&H)
JVC KA-551U tripod base
(2) Anton/Bauer Dionic 90 batteries (used only with this camera and therefore have only been through about a dozen charging cycles -- I've basically conditioned them for you!)
Anton/Bauer Tandem charger (charges the batteries or snaps directly to the camera for A/C power)
Anton/Bauer GoldMount backplates (one on the camera, and a second one as a spare)
Anton/Bauer accessory (Firestore/wireless mic receiver) Rear Mount
Anton/Bauer accessory (Firestore/wireless mic receiver) Top Mount
I'm asking $5200 for everything.
If you're interested or have any questions, PLEASE EMAIL ME THROUGH THE FORUM, rather than posting to this thread. I will respond to you right away.
I'm extremely motivated to make this a quick, easy, painless, and friendly sale.
Thanks,
Brent

Steve Shovlar November 13th, 2008, 05:01 AM Hi all, I have decided to sell my Letus Extreme. used for about 3 hours in total. The first set of batteries have never been changed!
It has the latest Nikon lens mount (verson two) which is a vast improvement over the original Nikon mount, and also the EX1 correction mount so it gives sharpness edge to edge with the Sony EX1. It's the 77mm version for the EX1.
There is a small area on the bottom where the lens mount held the Letus in position which has lost its coating (see picture) This happened the very first time the Letus was used. Really nothing but best to point it out and of course it has no effect on the Letus.
As you know, reading this, this 35mm adaptor is brilliant and gives stunning shallow DOF images with nikon lenses.
To buy brand new from Letus, this adaptor currently costs £800 plus postage due to the plummetting pound, plus import duty, meaning it will cost about £1200. (Plus the wait!)
I will let this go for £650 plus £20 postage, which is recorded delivery and fully insured with tracking, or you can come and pick it up from me in Sherborne, Dorset.
As I say its in perfect working order and hasn't been used for more than about 3 hours.
Paypal prefered for next day dispatch. Though I will take a cheque/cash.
Here are a few pics. Any questions please message me or email stephen(dot)shovlar(at)btconnect.com

Greg Patch November 13th, 2008, 12:40 PM What exactly are you trying to sell here? A complete Steadi Cam Pilot rig or just the batteries? How much are you asking if it is a complete rig?
Mike Blumberg November 13th, 2008, 12:41 PM All sales PP plus shipping
Prices are fair and firm.
1. Panasonic Deck AG DV 2500, in new condition, just checked out by panasonic Tech center.
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/280824-REG/Panasonic_AG_DV2500_AG_DV2500_Professional_DV_Compact.html#includes
$700.00
2. Lastolite Collapsible Croma Key backgrounds:
6 x 7 feet blue (never used)
$200.00
3. Lighting Kit (Lowel) 3 onni light 1 tota
Think of this kit as an expanded Omni 3 kit, with a tota light too, total of 3 omni and 1 tota.
It has all the stuff plus jells and I paid for dimmer switches for the lights.
The stands are really not worth it in the kit so I added 3 heavy stands to the kit when we shot with it which was a talking head thing a year ago. It was then packed up and put in the studio and never used again. It is just taking up space. There are a couple of extra bulbs too. the link below will give you a better idea and there is a lot of add on stuff with this kit.
It all comes in a hard case but will have to ship the stands separate as they will not fit in the case.
http://www.lowel.com/kits/omni3.html
$700.00
Picture does not do the kit justice but it is kit 3 with Heavy Stands and a lot of extra stuff.
Welcome to Arrow Maker Productions (http://www.arrowmakerproductions.com/pic1.html)
4. From the dark side of the studio, Sony BVW 35 (no batteries) but AC power Supply, make an offer
http://www.broadcaststore.com/store/model_detail.cfm?id=5228
We used this I think for one session and then into plastic and the dark side of the studio until today, I did fire it up and it works, as is with power supply.
$700.00 + shipping
5. Another Dark Side Item:
Monitor JVC TM R9U AC Cord and it works just tested it still has good color.
http://www.broadcaststore.com/store/model_detail.cfm?id=7363
$200.00 + shipping
Reason for selling is taking up space.
Please feel free to e-mail: mike@worldwidemedia.com
with questions.
Have a great day
