I've had confirmations from several people from the last batch of DVC shirts I shipped, but a few haven't. If there is anyone (PETE?) Who hasn't recieved theirs, please let me know!

View Full Version : Has anybody NOT recieved their DVC shirt? Dylan Couper December 28th, 2006, 12:00 PM I've had confirmations from several people from the last batch of DVC shirts I shipped, but a few haven't. If there is anyone (PETE?) Who hasn't recieved theirs, please let me know! D Gabriel Yeager December 28th, 2006, 01:09 PM Uhh, I don't have a DVC shirt... Am I supposed to? i made it into the entry of DVC7, but I did not know if we get one for that. Let me know! ~Gabriel Pete Bauer December 28th, 2006, 07:18 PM Sorry Dylan, pretty hectic with unexpected travel right before Christmas, etc. Meant to email you but obviously haven't yet. I DID get mine...very nice, thanks! Bradley L Marlow December 28th, 2006, 08:01 PM When a package from Canada arrived the other day, was so excited I nearly soiled my britches. Opened it up like it was my first Christmas present ever! Immediately, I stripped down to nothing and put on this nice , new, fancy black DVC T-shirt. Comfortable and extremely proud in my new shirt, I lounged freely in the lazy boy chair. I stayed this way for an hour and then was overcome by a sensation of itchy armpits. Then, scratchy ass. This was followed by a swollen neck and mad patches of red blotchiness. "How stange." I thought. "I wonder if it was that steak I ate? Perhaps the AquaFina water is bad this evening?" I couldn't understand what was going on. It was the DVC T shirt. Ba humbug! It now sits in the laundry while I sit in the Calamine and Epson salt bath. Ahhhh. Thank you Dylan. Yes, I received the shirt. Andrew Khalil December 29th, 2006, 11:34 AM how can we get a shirt - just wondering:)? Jamey Hastings December 29th, 2006, 01:57 PM I didn't know there was a shirt...I'd love one, though. How? Bradley L Marlow December 29th, 2006, 02:20 PM how can we get a shirt - just wondering:)? You can contact Dylan via e-mail. That's what I did. If he has any shirts left, he'll let you know. These shirts come at a price and are not free. Hope that helps and best wishes~ Bradley Michael Fossenkemper December 29th, 2006, 02:22 PM Speaking of Dylan, should someone check to see if he's breathing? poke him with a stick. Bradley L Marlow December 29th, 2006, 02:26 PM I've got a stick right here. ---------------->JAB JAB Hmm. I think we need to call emergency services. All I can see are the crusty bubbles around his purple lips. Michael Fossenkemper December 29th, 2006, 02:32 PM don't poke too hard, he might pop. Yeah, I tried that one on a judge too.... ;) Seriously though, you had an allergic reaction? Weird! Bradley L Marlow December 29th, 2006, 10:46 PM Seriously though, you had an allergic reaction? Weird! Hey Dylan, All kidding and goofing around aside, yes, I really had the above described reaction. It was weird indeed! I'm sure after I was the shirt a couple of times it will be just fine. No worries. Best wishes and thanks- Bradley Dylan Couper December 29th, 2006, 11:12 PM Hey Dylan, All kidding and goofing around aside, yes, I really had the above described reaction. Benjamin Durin January 1st, 2007, 11:04 PM Dylan, I did not receive mine. When did you post it? Benjamin. Lorinda Norton January 2nd, 2007, 12:11 AM Hey, Benjamin!!!! How's that little one doing? We've missed you. (Sorry for the OT...carry on.) :) Benjamin Durin January 2nd, 2007, 09:06 AM Hey, Benjamin!!!! How's that little one doing? We've missed you. (Sorry for the OT...carry on.) :) Thanks Lorinda, The kid is growing at light speed. Unfortunately he and the work don't let me time to participate in DVC anymore. But I keep an eye on the forums and I have a little hope for next year, maybe he will be the main actor, who knows? If you want I can send you a picture of him by email, women usually can not resist (and I don't say this because I am the dad, but well, hey I am the dad!). Benjamin. Lorinda Norton January 2nd, 2007, 10:40 AM LOL! Usually, I'm not like that, but where you are concerned, SURE! I would like to see a pic of "the kid!" :) Looking forward to your return... Dylan Couper January 2nd, 2007, 07:10 PM Dylan, I did not receive mine. When did you post it? Benjamin. Hmmm... around December 1st I think. Benjamin Durin February 7th, 2007, 09:11 AM Hmmm... around December 1st I think. I admit I had no hope left but finally... I received it today! I understand now why it took so long. The "Sent by air" was not checked, it was the "Sent by surface" and the only surface between Canada and Taiwan is a lot of water. So I guess my tee-shirt took the boat and not a speedy one. Now that I have the tee-shirt, I feel like an obligation to do the next challenge. Benjamin. Dylan Couper February 7th, 2007, 10:30 AM Wow! That took, what, 10 weeks?? Well, at least you can stop walking around naked now. :) Benjamin Durin February 7th, 2007, 11:08 PM Wow! That took, what, 10 weeks?? Well, at least you can stop walking around naked now. :) The stamp indicates 8 December and it arrived the 7 February. I am still naked actually. Following Bradley experience and 2 months in a boat, I opted for putting the tee-shirt in the washing machine first. So I am still naked for now, but I am used to it... after 2 months walking naked. And thanks for the chocolate. I didn't know you can buy good chocolate in North America ;) Brent Graham April 5th, 2007, 12:15 AM I have not received a shirt to my knowledge, I doubt my roommates would steal it. I'm not even sure I've given you my address. Have I? Dylan Couper April 6th, 2007, 09:49 PM I have not received a shirt to my knowledge, I doubt my roommates would steal it. I'm not even sure I've given you my address. Have I? No, but you also have not given me $400 for one of the only 3 remaining, unused "The DVCHALLENGE - Cheaper than film school!" t-shirts... now collectors items! ;) |
