WHY CINEMA TOOLS 3 DOESN'T CONFORM HDV 1080i50 to 23.98fps?

With SD DV50i/60i footage it works fine, but not with 1080i50...
Any reason?

Cinema Tools doesn't work with any HDV files, likely because of the additional processing it would take to juggle B and P frames.
