We have all three volumes of the Videotraxx library and are looking for more similar libraries.

Being a state agency, looking for individual clips and purchasing them when needed, is cumbersome at best.(never mind what the purchasing process does to deadlines) It is far better for us pay for it once and be done with all the redtape in order to have a libary in house to search through.

Are there any libraries similar to the Videotraxx? We have wound up using a good number of the clips for one particular ongoing project that deals with different ethnic backgrounds, but we could use more (boy could we!)

I've looked at some stock houses based on previous posts here, but many seem to want you to purchase individual clips, and others are only still images
thanks!

I believe Artbeats is another one that offers complete libraries instead of individual clips.

Yes they do....at a cost. Prices per disc can be from $199-$699
for SD footage and up to $899 for HD footage.
The reason all the on-line single clip libraries are popular
is because you can buy one clip and download immediately.
As HD becomes more popular you will be able to find SD stock
libraries on disc at big discounts.

is a good one with many clips, only SD.

Here is a new one with some good timelapse.

20 clips, NTSC 720x486 30fps Photo-JPEG - $769.00
or $39.45 per clip....
Not bad if you can use all the clips.
