Hi gang,

I just received the letus35A and I must say it feels WAY stronger and better built than the original beta letus35 I tried when Quyen Le first started making these adapter. I'm just dying to try it with my A1. But I have one important question though, how do you lock the lens on the adapter? I mean, all my nikons fit the letus35 mount perfectly, but when I screw them on they stay loose. I must be doing something wrong and I would appreciate some help.

Hmmm, interesting, it is a nikon fit thread isn't it? I mean i have a letus, it should fit straight on.

Yes, it's a nikon fit thread. The weird thing is that is feels a little wider than the lid of the nikon lenses I have...and the lid are basically built like a nikon mount.

Ok, Quyen came through with his kick ass immediate customer support and everything seems to be working perfectly now. Sadly I don't have time to test the A1+Letus35A combo right now. But be sure my day will be full tomorrow.

Make sure you make the test with um say a anything but a digi35.

Again, what the hell is your problem Yasser?? You must obviously be a silly little boy if all you can do is insult people instead of writing constructive posts like everyone else....sorry is 'constructive' too big a word for you??

Rapahel.

I devised a rough method using a 1/8" screw to secure the lens which required filing a 3mm section off the longest lug and drilling and tapping a radial screwhole.

I'm at the workplace and going straight on to a night gig so can't email the pic of it now. Phil Bloom may still have the image on his email computer. If it is urgent, give him an email.

Thanks, Bob. Quyen helped me resolve the issue by gently tapping the 3 flanges on the letus mount with a flat screw driver.
