Here is info from the JVC site, although when looking at the High Quality Pics, it says HD-250 outside the tape deck.

Let us know how it is, although the picture on the site is incorrect.

I'd love to see some nice jpgs of the cam, and a nice (short) review (first impressions) of the camera... I am seriously considering getting this camera. I can't wait to see some video in 720 60p.

I still insist that JVC is pricing it too high. At first they announced it would cost $7995. And the "that's $7995 without the lens" argument is something they made up later. I feel deceived.

Actually with the upgrades to the released HD200 over what was originally announced, I think the price is relatively the same.

Originally the 200 was to have the 100 body. Instead it has the 250 body, includes the battery adapter and includes several other upgrades that were not originally planned according to the original announcements -- although, it was always stated that features and prices were only estimates and were subject to change until the final release.

I think the 250 body and the other enhancements given the 200 make the camera considerably more valuable, perhaps even more than reflected in the selling price.
