Has anybody edit with Raylight. In the page dvfilm.com they say that they have developed a program who is able to edit HD avi with no problems. Is it true?

Raylight can read your .mxf files from a P2 folder.
It then renders a proxie file that you can use in
Vegas or After Effects. You can get a low-res
realtime version but for final results they must be rendered.
I use it sometimes for bringing in greenscreen HVX shots
to my PC running AfterEffects.
