Is anyone using the Firestore hardrive (the one specifically designed for the HD100) to capture 25P?

Can anyone comment on their experiences good or bad. What are the pros and cons of using this device as opposed to using tape?

In particular, I assume that this completely solves any capture issues with 25P into Final Cut Pro since you are already capturing the files to hard drive ?

Then youŽll have to wait for their next release of update for the DSR-100.
Because untill now they only support the 30p

not true for the FS4HD and m2t format....so I wouldn't expect that to be true for the DSR100

What I know from my correspondance with firestore, is that my DSR100 are not doing 25p. I was asked to do a beta with their next release wich should make the dsr100 able to do 25p - but this wouldnt work, and since then I have not heard from them.
So the only thing I can do in hdv is get it to capture in 30p in m2t streams which will not work with FCP - so therefore I only use it when I work in SD-mode.
