Sony sells extended warranty for their consumer camcorders, including the $3499 FX7. that warranty is sold on Sony's own website, SonyStyle.com, or via the phone.

I'm wondering if Sony sells extended warranty for the V1U? Nothign on their pro/business site mentions this.
