Will the camera body (DVR) carry a traditional run/cut red button like normal cameras (I would dearly like it to)?

Will The DVR body have a 3pin arri RS connector to power auxiliaries but more importantly to connect radio follow focus start stop button s (for steadicam, jimmjib and underwater applications)?

N.B. I really don t intend to have huge data cable runs all over the place and directors deciding grades on the day etc etc.. one video feed for framing and thats it.

Will we have 15mm bars on the detachable camera head? (we should)

Can you tell us more about your wireless functions?

Thankyou for your time!

1.) Start/Stop Button

We are discussing adding an external switch/button input for start/stop. Any button that creates a closure would work. We would also enable the same start/stop operation on the MINI by connecting a button to the 12-pin Hirosi Power/Trigger connector.

2.) 15mm Rods
There is an aption for adding 15mm rods on the front of the SI-2K. We are also designing a MINI rig with 15mm rods and handle bars similar to the ones used on the Spoon set.

3.) External Power
There is a aux power output connector on the SI-2K. What voltage would be most common required for the radio controlled FF?

4.) Wireless Functions
Our primary objective for wireless is for Remote Desktop to enable full remote control of the camera and access to recorded clips and images for instant editing and look creation.

Nice if the rods take the mini rod 60mm format as opposed to the heavier set up on Spoon which was like the older Arri baseplate rods.

Fiz focus uses either 12v or 24 but some accessories us only 12v Looks like you are powering off an AB 12V so probably easier to put out 12V

Most Steadicam systems use SD Monitors. is ther a possibility of down conversion output to this type of monitor. usual input is 480 interlace composite analog video.
