i am looking for an external lcd field monitor for Z1 (PAL) ?
7 inch-10 inch would be good - can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm after one of these too (also in PAL) to mount on the human end of a crane. I'm probably gonna just get a little portable TV/DVD player for $250 Austalian. Lots of them come with A/V inputs and there's lots of them that are 10" and bigger and they're all 16:9.

And they're waaay cheaper than professional monitors.

I have tried several 7" monitors, and ended up with this one:

Ok contrast and colors for the price. I have made my own battery packs of 3 x 2250mAh Li-ion cells velcroed to the back of the screen.
Inputs to the screen is thru an USB contact, so I modified a PC USB contact with my own cables.
And had money to by the new Petrol as well:
