It's tough--there are none being made in true mass production. However Redrockmicro sells custom-made ones at www.redrockmicro.com as does Dennis Wood at www.cinevate.com. They're really expensive though.

I just ordered one from Cinevate.com. They sold for about $240.00 USD. I am awaiting delivery to see how it will work with my self built Micro35 and my FX1.
