It's really difficult, I know, you should do a search on the subject, because I already posted a thread about it. There didn't came much answers, though, it's because, apparently, there aren't many big stores like that here in Europe, or at least in this part (maybe in the UK there are)

Limited to the Netherlands, I find Audio Electronics Matthijssen, www.aem.nl to be very good for audio equipment. For video, tripods, lighting and accessories I find Vocas, www.vocas.nl to be very good.

Both tend to cater for the broadcast industry and are not the most price worthy addresses you can find, but their level of professionalism is very high.

A drawback may be that their sites are in Dutch, but have a look around and you will find, from the brands they have, they are top-notch in their respective markets. If you give them a ring, they will definitely point out other trustworthy suppliers if the brand you are looking for is not part of their assortment.
