I am looking at using Flash for instructional web videos, but am wondering about downloadable files.
When viewing a Flash video, does it get stored in cache so when viewing it again it does not have to be re-downloaded, thus not incurring additional bandwidth charges?
If so, is there any way around this?
I know with Quick Time, files can be set up to be stored in cache, so there is only "one" download.
This certainly would make a big difference, particularly with material that needs to be viewed numerous times, i.e. sports instructional video clips.
Thanks for any thoughts.
