This could be a stupid question, but I've been racking my brain, studying the user manual, searching online, etc. And I can't figure it out.

I'm working on a project in Final Cut Pro. I need to record the timeline onto my Z1P. For the life of me, I can't figure out how.

In the Z1P's user manual, it talks about going from the camera to the computer, but not about the computer to the camera.

- What settings does the camera need to be on?
- What settings does FCP need to be on?
- What else could I be missing?

I really need a solution URGENTLY, so if ANYONE can help, PLEASE DO!!

Thanks!!

Plug the firewire cable in and press record? If you're in VCR mode and can see the video on the LCD, then you can record it.

You need to do a 'Print to Video' or 'Edit to tape', im pretty sure print to video is an assemble edit and edit to tape is an insert edit.. but im not 100% sure.. can someone correct me?
