i'm making a film right now and i don't know how to make my music in the background sound like a bathroom in a club. a far away sound with lot of bass. i have audition 2.0 and i don't find any pre settings. any help please?

You can just pull all the highs and some of the mids down on the eq and just leave the lows and partial mids- also there is a eq preset called "underwater" that will give you that type of sound. I dont know if that preset is in audition, I think it may be in cubase.

Add some echo after you take out some of the high end.

In CoolEdit Pro, Audition's ancestor, I think there was an option called dynamic effects which included delay and echo.
My personal preference would be to go for these before messing with the equalisation, unless you have really good studio monitors, the skills and ears to match because you may find there is a little interaction with the frequencies when echo or delay is changed.
Use the equaliser for fine tuning the sound after the delay effects.
Keep searching in Audition because all that you need should be right in there. There are presets but you can alter these and then save the new profile to call up again in future.
