Apologies if this has been asked before. Does the HV10 have a function that will flip the image upside down? I believe the XL H1 does this. Perfect for use with 35mm lens adapter.

Sorry but no it does not have this function. 99.95% of the camera's intended market would have no idea what to do with it anyway.

That would be a very awkward 35mm adaptor for the HV10...it doesn't have the traditional camcorder shape.

Yeah.
No flip function, but it can mount to a M2 adapter just fine.Day footage looks amazing, low light is tricky because you have no control over the gain ,but I can look past that.

I believe even with non pro cams you can squeeze out pro results.

Love this camera with or without the M2

Rylan, yeah, I use an SG Pro with my HC1. But it's awkward with a heavy Manfrotto Magic Arm attached just to hold a 7" LCD upside down. The results do look great though.

The HV10 looks so small, and mating it to a 35mm adaptor must be quite cumbersome anyway, so why not mount the cam upside down in front of the focusing screen? Or is that too ridiculous?
