Do you use standard mouse, trackball, waccom tablet, something else?

I'm trying to figure out what would be best to minimize fatigue on my wrist. Does a waccom tablet lend itself well to working with Premiere and other PC editing softwares? right now i have a decent trackball which works good, but my wrist still gets a little sore from holding it in one place for so long (hours at a time).

Just wondering what others are using and pros/cons to what you use.

Hi Lisa. I use a Contour Shuttle Pro together with Vegas and Edius. How useful these are probably depends on what type of editing you are doing most. I have customised some of the keys to reduce movement for the most repetitive tasks, but this is very straightforward to set up. I use the shuttle all the time,i.e. on every project, but not exclusively as some things are still easier with mouse or keyboard.

I used to use a trackball and a wacom tablet but I switched to the contour last year, I like it a lot. Especially after customizing the keys. I still use the tablet for when I'm working in Photoshop but not in editing.
