I'm using keyframes to zoom in slightly on a clip in a HDV 1080i60 sequence.

Fine lines in the video "squirm" during the zoom when viewed on playback. I've tried de-interlace, flicker, and aliasing filters with no help. How do I get rid of this? Or at least, what keywords should I be Google-ing?

Try a blur filter at the lowest setting but you are asking a lot from interlaced video. Even if you deinterlace the scene, the zoom movement is being performed in interlace. Speed up the zoom and the "squirm" will be less noticable.

Would de-interlacing it first, before doing the keyframe zoom, help? It's for the web anyway, so it doesn't matter in the end whether it's interlaced or not.
