Chris Hurd September 3rd, 2006, 02:33 PM Where some people get confused is that they notice that the Canon XL H1 (and the forthcoming XH G1 and A1) have a menu option when shooting 24F in standard definition mode, to choose between 2:3 or 2:3:3:2 pulldown, just like in the XL2 and the Panasonic DVX100 series camcorders (both of which are 24P). For all practical purposes, 24F is 24P.
