OK,
I'm not sure why I'm finding this so difficult, but I've gone over pages 54 through 56 three or four times now and am finding it hard to understand how to save scene files to a SD card and then get to them.
First, I've followed the instructions #1 - #11 on pgs 54 & 55, including hitting the save button, yet when I turn off the camera and turn it back on Scene file I saved in for the F1 position is no longer there. I named this file "RL-01," and it has all of the settings that Robert Lane described in his HVX Clips thread.
Really though, I want to save this to the 128 meg Panasonic SD card I have inserted, and I'm just not getting it. What I'd like to have in the long run would be a collection of SD cards with 4 settings on each, to use in various shooting situations - indoor, outdoor, certain looks, etc.
I'll understand if nobody replies to this, as I know it's so basic. But I did a search in the forums and on GOOGLE and have not had any luck finding any other topics on the subject.
I'll continue to try to learn myself and will post back here with anything I come up with.
