Expat American and two-time Fulbright Scholar from Columbus, OH now living permanently in the Philippines. At Okara Video I am shooting documentaries and some commercial projects using a Canon XL-1S supported by ATW-101X wireless mics and a Studio One XLR-PRO mic adapter. We edit on Final Cut Pro 3 and create DVD-Video discs with DVD Studio Pro 1.5. Open to contract work in the Philippines and the ASEAN Region, have 4WD Mitsubishi Pajero and can go to practically any location on the island of Luzon.

Documentary work is mostly Philippine-American history. For example, "Headhunting William Jones" is 60-min profile of William Jones, first Native American Ph.D. in Anthropology, who researched in Indian folklore and languages of the American Midwest prior to coming to Northern Luzon, Philippines to study among the Ilongot, a headhunting group at the time (1907-09).

Another documentary, "The Japanese Occupation: A Filipino Artist Recalls" (50-min), profiles Dan Dizon, professional historical illustrator, who, as an 11-year old kid, befriended Japanese Kamakazi pilots who operated out of the former Clark airfield in Angeles City, Pampanga.

All inquiries welcomed either about the above described docs or commercial work.
