What would be a good setting for filming a sporting event on my Xl2?

If I recall there is a preset for sports in the blue barn section, here it is.

I would run the camera on TV. If you plan on pulling stills out use a faster shutter.
I shot basketball at 60th and 1/100th

I shot in 30 P so I could pull stills and it also reduces flicker.
