Michael Buendia February 24th, 2003, 07:34 PM chris, in a windy situation will it hold well? i'm debating getting the libec or spending $200 more for the bogen (501) with sturdier/heavier legs. not sure if it would make a difference. mb4 Jeff Donald February 25th, 2003, 07:45 AM In a windy situation neither tripod is heavy enough to make much of a difference. Mid-level spreaders or braces help some in higher winds, but bean bags or sand bags are (or anything heavy, battery belt) what works best. Nathan Gifford February 25th, 2003, 09:12 PM There are plenty of posts indicating that the M20 is a good choice for the GL2. It is probably too light for a XL-1. |
