So my gigantic 200mm Canon FD is pulling my LetusXL apart. I need some support rods to hold this sucker. I have no idea where to start as far as a rod system that will work with the LetusXL. Anyone know what I should be looking for?

The Cavision rod support seems to be the unbeatable way to go. Cheap, adjustable for nearly every situation, and rather effective.

I'm using a telephoto support that is made for still cameras that I bought from B&H for $65. manfrotto.

works great if you don't use a follow focus and don't mind the little extra weight. Price is right.

If you have $200+ to spend get the Cavision rod support.
If you want something cheaper ($60-$80) get the one Michael suggested.
It goes by either MANFROTTO 293 or BOGEN 3420 TELEPHOTO LENS SUPPORT.
It's a good size, all metal and very sturdy.
I havent been to this forum for along time so I'm not sure what the letusXL looks like, but it fits my canon gl2, old letus35 and canonFD lenses with macro extensions snuggly.
