Hi everyone,

I really must apologize for my absence the past two months. I was hoping I would be able to check in more often, but I'm glad Nate Weaver along with guys like Paulo Ciccone and Steve Noe were able to answer most tech questions in a timely manner and keep most of the discussions on-track.

If anyone has any specific concerns or unanswered questions, please email me the thread link and bring them to my attention. I will start to read the most active threads this week and hopefully by next week be back up to speed.
BTW, did we ever get the final word from JVC Europe on the specifics of the 110/111? Also, did Steve get a chance to test the HZ-CA13U?

For those of you wondering what I was up to, I just wrapped a 20-day feature film named "Bull," which I started with only 1 week of prep after wrapping a feature I produced in April/May (which I cannot talk about just yet.)
I normally would have never shot two films so close together (I hope to never do it again,) but "Bull" starred some actors I highly respect and wanted to work with, so I just couldn't pass it up.

I am now putting on my "post-supervisor" hat for the next six weeks, but at least I'll have access to the internet on a regular basis!

Re: HD110.111

These two links pretty much cover it:

http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=69662&highlight=hd110

Here is link to the updated features of the HD110/111 (also in the threads):
http://www.expandore.com/product/JVC/HDV/JVC_ProHD110.htm

There is also a link to the HD110 on the JVC site in Europe somewhere in the above threads, with links to the manuals.
