The following is a document from Avid, detailing the supported formats/frame rates within Avid projects of 24, 30 and 60 fps. Reading Avid's promotional material, you would think they completely support MXF. That's not even remotely true, as you'll see below.
Fields without a Y or N indicate that's not a valid combination.
"Tape" refers to playback of tape through the HVX's FW port.

The document is revised as of February of this year, and relates to the current versions of Adrenaline (both platforms) and Express Pro.
