Is there any tutorial or training material available on VHS or DVD for the Sony DSR PD-150?

I'm a newbie to videography (and photographic concepts, in general) and am trying to get up and running as quickly as possible without having to plow through the manual.

I looked at a pretty expensive ($200) 2 DVD offering from www.saferseas.com. I do NOT recommend it.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
