Has anyone with a Matrox Axio system successfully captured footage shot in 720p24 HDV from the HD100 and edited using one of the Axio's 1080p24 codecs?

If so, what interface did you use to capture via the camera's component outs (Blackmagic, Kona etc.)? And what is your opinion of how the footage holds up in the 720p to 1080p conversion? Thanks!
