Lior Molcho June 10th, 2006, 02:25 AM I belive u need to turn off the "Denoiser" function in the menus it has been discussed in these forums as i remember Gabriel Fleming June 10th, 2006, 11:10 AM Are you referring to the ghosting in the viewfinder? This is a viewfinder artifact and isn't recorded to tape. Or, you may be referring to the ghosting that happens when you downconvert with the camera and play via the analog video out on an NTSC TV. This also is an artifact that is a result (presumably) of the processor-intensive in-camera downconversion and telecine process, and is not recorded to tape. Just hit pause to freeze a frame and you'll see there are no trails. Steven Dempsey June 10th, 2006, 02:08 PM This problem is also associated with having "NR1" turned on in your preset. Turn it off and if you need noise reduction, use NR2 instead. This trailing is a known side effect of NR1.
