Guys, I am looking for a ABC News Logo Jacket. I cant find one anywhere and was curious if I can get one made at a local Embroidery store that Embroider's stuff? Do that need to get permission from ABC news? I work at an ABC Affiliate as a photojournalist so I'm not trying to pretend to be someone. Just want an Embroiderd rain jacket. Thanks for listening

Yes, you need their permission.Most reputable embroidery, print shops would require this.If your with an affliate you should have a chain to make the contact for a jacket and credentials.

The NAB store usually has this kind of gear.

When I worked at a CBS station (it was a while ago) we got logo items from the CBS store, mugs, etc.. the station had logo jackets made up for the photogs, but not us reporters.

Alternative: maybe other crew at your station would like the same thing, so if you got the artwork from the station and went to a local shop you could get a package discount. just a few thoughts.
