Can someone please help me on this ?

I just bought an used Minolta SR-7, to start doing my experiments with the 50mm lens. But i don't know how to remove the lens.

Lens lock button (see this (http://www.manuals2go.com/manuals/minolta_sr-7.jpg) picture) and then turn the lens anti-clockwise.
It's not a stupid question...it's a funny question.

If it's a F1.4 lens (like mine), than you have a very usable and bright lens. Much better than any 1.7 or higher lens if you use it indoors on a 35mm adapter.

Everything you wanted to know about your SR-7. I use Minolta lenses on the Brevis. A bit of barrel distortion on the 50mm F1.4, but otherwise a great lens.

Thank you very much guys. I did it.

Is an used minolta that bought, to use the lens for the 35mm adapter experiment.

Hope the lens works. See you there...
