This was like a surprise project from my film teacher to do over the weekend, and I took as a chance to test the HVX200.

It was shot on tape, except the destruction... that was shot on 720/24p. 60fps.

The quicktime conversion was set as medium for downloadable reasons (for friends living in another country) therefor the quality is not the best.

Sorry for my English (my fourth language =/ ) and I hope you like it.

It looks good. The beginning seemed a little too long. Maybe clip off a few seconds from between 7sec-25sec.

It just felt like you were testing out the camera during those seconds which makes it feel like it had nothing to do with the movie.

I did like the way the camera did those night seens.

Just want to tell you. Its amazing man. Good job in directing. I really liked the theme. Made me to believe that he broke the tv but actually it was a dream by showing the reverse of the slowmo. This is were technology helps in good storytelling.

New and final version of the movie.

Biggest change added a different font:

It was alright but it does need some trimming in the beginning. Why keep showing branches? And then rack focusing some leaves....why?

Also it makes no sense to put the title in the letterbox.

But other than that it was alright.

I thought it was great. Love the slow open. David Lynchian. Don't change a thing.

Your DP Andy is brilliant. Good stuff.

Thanks for the compliments Shane.

Out of curiosity... are you an editor?
If you are, I think I saw your portfolio reel.
