Just open it and twist the top away from you and the bottom toward you?

flipping the lcd is useless, since it is not mirroring.
you better had to flip the camera and use an external LCD.

Wow, I must have come in on the end of the conversation. Is there another thread that this spun off of?

Are you trying to turn the LCD upside down or turn it forward or to the side?

external LCD is indeed a good way to go, if you have at least $100 cash.
this is not my case.
but even if it aint mirrored, it still is a bit easier to deal with.
maybe some bulged lenses can do the trick? or some mirror systems?
