Raylight 1.04 is now released! If you're not already familiar with it, Raylight is a DVCPRO-HD codec and conversion system that permits native editing of HVX200 footage in Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas.
The new release has 3-4X faster playback in Raylight Blue and 4X faster rendering of Raylight Previews and Raylight AVI's vs. the old version 1.03. It also adds support for European 1080-line formats (including 1080i50 and 1080-25P). Playback in Raylight Yellow is 25% faster than in version 1.03.
The next release 1.05 (in April) will include dual-core processor support and P2 authoring. See http://dvfilm.com/raylight for a free demo, or to download an update if you are a registered user.
