Which were your favorites, or which made the most impact on you?
Maybe it would be useful to nominate commercials in two categories--
- Funniest/Most creative
- Most extravagant/Best special effects

I don't know, I'm sure I missed a lot of them (primarily because everytime the Raiders made a mistake or didn't get anywhere near to scoring I stormed off in disgust) but the commercials didn't seem as great this time around. What do you think?

My fave had to be the Terry Tate, Office Linebacker ad from Reebok. You can view a longer version off the Reebok site. Just hysterical!

I have to agree with the office linebacker commercial. I was in a room with about 20 other people and when that one came on late in the game everyone was laughing throughout it.

Didn't seem to be as many commercials this time around. The commercials were better than the pre-game and half-time shows. Lots of fluff and no substance... IMHO it's time to bring the marching bands back to half-time.
Pretty good game though (and my team didn't even make the play-offs). Nick

Jackass commercial was the best,
The one with the zebra right after kick-off.
I thought it was very funny but I have a slight bias

Marc,
That Bud (I think) commercial with the zebra was pretty good. I now remember the one with Yaw Ling (?, the new Houston Rocket basketball player from China) and Yogi Berra (spl ?). That was funny.

I vote for the Reebok linebacker ad! Second place to the Yao/yo/yogi berra ad.

I'm glad Tampa won. My vote is for the linebacker.
Pretty tame stuff compared to preveous Super Bowls. Anyone remember the hot one for the WWF a few years ago? Now that was a great commerical.
