Is it possible to keyframe speed, as i need to have footage set at
2000% fast fly through then i need it to ease from 2000 - 100 %.

Not in Premiere Pro 1.5, and I haven't seen any mention of it being added in Premiere Pro 2.0. That's the kind of thing you'd do in After Effects.

thanks, yeah was hopeing there was a way of achieving this in PP2,
is there any plugins that anyone knows of?

AE gives you bezier control over time to ease in and out. Time remapping controls this. Speed is the only adjustment in PPro.

You may be able to use the Twixtor plug-in for AE in Premiere since Premier can see AE plug-ins if you don't want to go to AE.
