Just thought you guys might like to know how well the new IDX works.
We just shot World Cup Snowboard.
All day on the mountain, cold and sunny, one battery shot 2 hours of footage and then another hour of bobsled, downhill, ski jumping....camera probably on for 4 hours continuous.
At the end of the day it still lit the second LED and showed 14.6V in the VF.
And the footage was pretty nice....tough under full sun on snow all day, but man some of the aerial shots and colors are killer.

Would you be so kind and send me some snowboard footage ? :)

I will try and post some..at least some stills.
I always want to but then things get too busy around here.
