I've been looking at the sennheiser me64/k6p, for use in shooting extremesports, small interviews and just "goofing" around.
Ofcourse there are a mic to suit every situation, but it's not practical or possible to carry one for each condition, and it's to expensive right know with several mics. That's one of the reasons I've been looking at the k6 series from sennheiser, modular so that when I need and can afford i can uppgrade/add "another" mic. Another issue might be that my camera, at the moment panasonic dvc30(maybe dvx100a in a few months), don't allow to long mic before it gets into the picture. Often using a wide angle lens, this is an even bigger problem than usually.
Will the me64 be to wide for general purpose? Any other suggestions? And what kind of wind jammer is good for shooting outdoors often in windy conditions, but not to "big"?
