Is anyone using the shoulder support from video innovators?
I'd like to know how it performs, if it can be used with both eyepiece and lcd.
And the ease of attaching-detaching the camera.

Yes; see the following: http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=57910
It just attaches with a 1/4" bolt and knob. I suppose you could add a quick release plate if desired. I haven't used it with the viewfinder myself. It seems to make more sense with the LCD screen since I put it on my right shoulder and the screen ends up right a eye height.

It's pretty effin' easy to detach the camera from the support (unscrewing a knob) and it has a threaded hole on the bottom for quick tripod mounting.
