Are the Fostex FR2 and Mac compatable? In the manual for the Fostex there is no mention of interfacing with a mac although when I bought it I was assured they would?
There was no usb leads or software with the Fostex.

I did some poking around the Fostex web site (http://www.fostex.com/index.php?file=products/pfr/fr2) and it says you need the FR-2 Software Update to V1.03 to get Mac support from the USB port. Look on the page I linked to in the lower left where it says Downloads there are PDF files with the info. The software updates are here (http://www.fostexdvd.net/fxdvd_route/docs/techsup/soft_up_1.htm)
