Can imovie support HD files from the HVX200? Just things like basic cutting, transitions, fades, outputting etc...

Has anyone got any hands on experience with imovie & DVCPRO HD files?

AFAIK iMovie can only deal with .dv files or AIC files as .mov. In that case you would have to convert your HVX footage to AIC files.
