If you can post a picture, that would be helpful. Richard Alvarez October 9th, 2007, 04:00 PM Bob, I got your notice of a pending sale, but all my replies to your email addy were rejected. Richard Daniel Lang October 9th, 2007, 04:36 PM So one of the glass is busted, or is it the plastic frame that hold's the glass? If you can post a picture, that would be helpful. No the frame is perfectly in tact. Just the glass broke out. It still works nicely as a gel holder if need be. The diffusion is still in there too by the way. I'll post pics soon. Rick Jones October 9th, 2007, 05:18 PM Sent you an email Jack Walker October 9th, 2007, 05:34 PM Is this still available? Jaron Berman October 9th, 2007, 10:48 PM FS: MY trust Vinten Vision 3 / Miller Solo combo. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC setup, especially if you have to travel a lot (which I did). Comes with #'s 2 & 3 springs, though you can throw in any spring supporting up to 22lbs. If you're looking at this posting, it's likely you know that this head is (pun intended) head and shoulders above anything near its price. Comes with Miller Solo DV legs (aluminum), which makes a match made in heaven. Together, this system goes low, high, and does so with a lot of stability and quickness. Shipped in Petrol padded sling bag, which has extra padding around the head, and a nice pocket for the springs and tools. I am selling because I bought this tripod in anger - I was on a long gig traveling every day with crappy sticks. I'm no longer on the gig, and no longer need the sticks. Here's an opportunity to get this much talked about setup for less than new. Condition-wise, the setup is excellent. There are a coule scratches on the pads on the legs, and a couple light brassing marks on the head. Basically, it looks like it's been outta the bag about twice. $1587 New (without tax), Asking $1200. Jaron Berman October 9th, 2007, 10:55 PM FS Altman 650L w/ Barndoors and Lamp (practically new) - $200 FS Altman 300L w/ Barndoors and Lamp (practically new) - $200 Lamps untested, though when I packed them they had <5 hours on them. These lights are the same price new as Arris, though I got them because I found the build quality to be a bit better and the light output to be slightly higher for the same lamps. Selling because I've gone over to Dedo's for all my small lights. These are great units, but I simply don't use them anymore now that I have 5 x Dedo's. Prices do not include shipping, non negotiable. Looking to build a fresnel kit? For about the price of knockoff ebay lights, you could start a great kit that will last a lifetime. Brian Boyko October 9th, 2007, 11:18 PM Canon ZR80. No mic input. 1CCD. Bad low-light performance. Asking $130, but for y'all, $100. Comes with cheap wide-angle/telephoto lenses bought at Best Buy. Crash cam? FlipVideo first generation, 30 minutes. If your kid has outgrown swallowing small parts, give it to them, let them play video maker like Mommy and Daddy. $85. Rafael Lopes October 10th, 2007, 12:08 AM bump........... Chris Soucy October 10th, 2007, 12:59 AM Hey, Video cards only come out when a system gets trashed or upgraded. The Matrox APVi is so rarely used (well, apart from me, that is) that there ain't many of them out there to start with. Take that small number and figure, who's going to trash a system with so few hours on it/ upgrade ditto and you can see why you aren't having a lot of success. I think if you REALLY want one, you may have to buy new, or have quite some wait. Mine isn't up for grabs any time soon. CS Doug Tessler October 10th, 2007, 07:05 AM Now 150.00 Tyge Floyd October 10th, 2007, 07:46 AM How old is this RAM? How many sticks? Do you take PayPal? Philip Gioja October 10th, 2007, 08:08 AM What would you sell it for minus the mic, tripod, and head? I realize you want to sell as a set, but I'm curious. Also, how much have you used this and what is the reason for selling? Adam La Prade October 10th, 2007, 10:13 AM Hi Mark! I believe the Flip Enhanced would work with the Canon HV20 with a few step down adapters. I have the 72mm version. There is some footage floating around of the Flip Enhanced and the HV20! Miles Torres October 10th, 2007, 10:34 AM Philip - I'd only take off a few bucks, seriously, the package is way underpriced as it is. I'm selling becuase we've had our use with it and we want to move it. The camera has about 20 hours on it. Cheers Miles 208.660.9097 Steve Maller October 10th, 2007, 10:46 AM Dude, you have a future in sales. LOL. Jason Robinson October 10th, 2007, 10:50 AM buuump. still for sale. Several questions.... I don't suppose you have a tripod available as well? Also, I just this weekend used an XL1s with the same style of Mic holder and I was a little annoyed at how well camera body noises transfered to the mic (like pressing buttons, switches, etc). Are there any after market / 2nd/3rd party shock mounts available for this camera's mic holder? Will send PM your way with other questions. Ervin Farkas October 10th, 2007, 10:56 AM Just chop off the lens and the viewfinder and use it for transferring your tapes. The most inexpensive camera-saver device... until it starts eating up your tapes that is... Daniel Lang October 10th, 2007, 11:56 AM No the frame is perfectly in tact. Just the glass broke out. No mic input. 1CCD. Bad low-light performance. Asking $130, but for y'all, $100. Comes with cheap wide-angle/telephoto lenses bought at Best Buy. Crash cam? Is the ZR80 in full working condition? Any known problems? Ken Grohs October 10th, 2007, 01:26 PM Also, I just this weekend used an XL1s with the same style of Mic holder and I was a little annoyed at how well camera body noises transfered to the mic (like pressing buttons, switches, etc). Jason, try this item out (Lightwave MM-XL1 Isolater) - http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/167170-REG/Lightwave_MMXL_MM_XL1_Mini_Mount.html We use it with our XL1/2 cameras and it works extremely well. -Ken Michael Wisniewski October 10th, 2007, 01:39 PM Email sent Jad Meouchy October 10th, 2007, 02:26 PM price dropped to 3200 shipped Phil Hover October 10th, 2007, 02:34 PM sold except for brevis to rails mount. e-mail if interested. Ken Grohs October 10th, 2007, 02:36 PM I purchased this 4x4 bellows matte box system from Cavision (in Canada) for my XL2 and ended up using it once for a documentary. Since then it has been stored in it's hard case. Everything is in superb condition. What's included (what you see in the associated links is what is included): - Cavision RS-1525 15mm dia. 250mm (25cm) long Carbon Fiber Rod Support System http://www.cavision.com/rods/RS1525.htm - Cavision MB413B-2 4"x4" Bellows Matte Box http://www.cavision.com/matteboxes/4...4x4bellows.htm - Cavision MBF-5P French Flag http://www.cavision.com/matteboxes/more/4x4flaps.htm - Cavision RHD1560 Dual Hand Grips http://www.cavision.com/rods/RS15HD.htm - Cavision R15-LS25SET Lens Support Bracket http://www.cavision.com/rods/lenssupport.htm - Cavision HCM4 Hard Carrying Case http://www.cavision.com/matteboxes/more/HCM4.htm - Cavision Canon System Plate for XL1/XL1S/XL2/XL-H1 cameras - Adapter Rings to fit 72mm and 58mm lenses and to fit the Century Optics 0.7x WA adapter The entire setup cost me over $900 when purchased new about a year ago, and it's probably a bit more expensive now. I'm asking $700 for the entire package incl. shipping via UPS Ground to CONUS. If using PayPal I'll split the fees with you. My eBay ID is kennyg92 and I have a 99.7% feedback rating over the last 8 years (377 total with 1 negative 2 years ago from a jerk seller). I have also bought and sold here on DVinfo several times. Here's some photos of the mattebox package. Not pictured are the adapter rings or the lens belt that fits on the Lens Support Bracket (this is brand new, never been used). http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision01.jpg http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision02.jpg http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision03.jpg http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision04.jpg http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision05.jpg Thanks for checking this out!! -Ken Heath Taylor October 10th, 2007, 05:33 PM Updated Availablity and Prices.
