Any possibility of making payments on it?

Chris Hurd
September 22nd, 2007, 08:56 PM
Making payments is basically the same thing as a layaway program, and generally speaking it's never a good idea. A private seller should not expect to have to collect incremental payments over a period of time before finally shipping the item once it's been paid in full. Plus it's a risk for the buyer. Too many variables are in play... what happens if the camera is lost, stolen or damaged before it's completely paid for?

Not a good situation for the buyer or the seller; therefore layaway is strongly discouraged here.

Yea, realized that as soon as I posted it, but things were boiling on the stove. Sorry, running on 4 hours of sleep in the last 3 days.

One note:

This unit does not contain the 'mini/compact' vest as described above. It contains the standard vest (the one that fits most people). When I bought it, I bought the compact/mini vest because I thought 'compact' meant lighter and more streamlined. I was wrong. I couldn't even get it on (I'm 5'9" 180 lbs), so Steadicam replaced the compact vest with the standard vest.

I recently picked up a new Firestore in anticipation of a gig that has now been delayed 6 months. I already have one (jumped on board with the v3 firmware and never looked back) and love it but 2 is overkill.

This unit is in great condition, only shot about 2 hours total. It has been upgraded to the new v4 firmware and supports not only NATIVE 24P but variable frame rates! You can shoot almost 4.5 hours of 720 24PN footage! Everything included is listed below:

- FS-100 unit in mint condition with v4 firmware
- right angle firewire cable
- belt clip
- AC adapter
- standard battery (silver one, holds full charge)
- original box, foam, CD and manuals

First $1350 shipped gets it...

Letus35 Flip Enhanced adapter allows you to use standard 35mm lenses on many different cameras. This adapter does the image-flipping for you, so the image appears right-side up in your viewfinder.

This adapter was only used a few times in the last several months of ownership because I've been too busy with other projects. I am currently upgrading some of my equipment so I need to offload some of my other gear to raise some cash.

The adapter is in excellent condition and gave beautiful results with my Canon XL-H1 high-def camera. Accepts both Canon & Nikon 35mm mounts on front. In back, it mounts on your current lens (72mm threading required).

I'm parting ways with the Z1u I just purchased. I bought it used from a personal friend. I only shot about 2 hours on it. The meters are below 10 hours. I'm posting this a little sooner than I should, just to see if I can gain interest in hopes of avoiding ebay.

The camera is flawless. It has a warranty, but I haven't checked any of it out to see dates, type, and who it is with.

It comes with a filter that was never opened and all orginal accessories, minus the remote (MIA). It also includes a Sony HVR bag which holds the camera and accessories nicely.

I own a pd-150 and I'm just not ready to make the switch over. I played with the camera indoors and I was very impressed with everything.

I do have photos which I'm going to download from my camera tonight. I thought I would post this as a "make me your best offer" type of deal.

So please email me at chrisdavid08@gmail.com or text your best offer to 832-731-3890 (please don't call me, I'm at work... :)

I will accept paypal (+fees, Money Order, or Check when it clears). I will add on $35 for INSURED UPS SHIPPING! It's ready to be in your hands.

Thanks!

Hi,

I have been using the P+S Technik mini35 more and more on my shoots, and I barely ever use the LetusXL I bought. It has only really been used once for a short film shoot, and now just sits in its bag. Anyone interested in this 35mm adpater? It will work only with the XL cameras.

It sells for $900, but as I would like to get rid of it, will sell for $450.

It works perfectly fine, and have used it very minimally since I've had it. Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Everyone,

I posted this monitor a while back when I sold my DVX, but I didn't want to sell it because I thought I would use it while editing. However, I rarely work from home anymore and don't need this monitor.

It is the JVC 15" Color Monitor TMH-150CGU. It's a great and accurate monitor that compliments any editing setup/studio very well, 4:3/16:9 and NTSC/PAL. You can see more here http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/319818-REG/JVC_TMH150CGU_TMH_150CGU_15_Inch_Color_Production.html

I am asking $350. The monitor has been used for less than 20 hours since it was purchased in February 2007.

If interested please PM me or contact me through AIM- Wano540 or e-mail eckerstrand@philly-productions.com. I live in Philadelphia and would like to sell it locally (willing to travel up to 45min). If sold outside of the area the buyer is responsible for shipping.

Thanks for your interest!

Here is a photo of the monitor.

You'd probably have better luck selling if you sold the items on an individual basis.

I doubt seriously that anyone is looking for a "package" such as this en toto.

I could be wrong but selling history here has proven otherwise.
