If interested, email me: jamesg@isonrise.com Matt Newcomb July 19th, 2007, 11:59 PM Do you have pictures of the lens? Jacques Mersereau July 20th, 2007, 06:55 AM I'll have to take some and get them up on a website. I have clients this week in the studio so it probably cannot happen until next week. I will try to get on it asap and post back here. I am at work right now, but I think there is not even a single scratch or nick on the body and the glass is like new. Chris Hurd July 20th, 2007, 07:29 AM Honestly I don't think any photos are needed... I know Jacques personally, and if he says the lens is like new, then you can take that as a fact. I'm happy to vouch for him. Here's some specific info on the 3x lens with pics: http://www.dvinfo.net/canon/articles/article38.php -- hope this helps, Jacques Mersereau July 20th, 2007, 08:15 AM Thanks Chris. And Matt, I will take a very close look at the lens once more and make sure it is near mint or excellent condition. If I find anything I will take a picture and send it to you. I can still go ahead and get some pics in case you pass and someone else wants to see it. Jason Strongfield July 20th, 2007, 01:56 PM merlin is sold Dave Uriarte July 20th, 2007, 02:19 PM Howdy folks! My production company has recently moved to the HDV format and we are selling our SD equipment. This is a complete studio style setup based around the incredible DV5100. I have 20 pictures of the actual equipment, and have included vendor pricing and links for your reference (for some items the link is not the exact model but close enough to give you an idea). I am interested in selling all items as a package deal but may eventually consider offers for individual items. I also have this package listed on a different site. http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g237/duriarte/fullleftfrontangle.jpg Here are the items included: JVC GY-DV5100U: includes camera body (only 60 drum hours!), VF116 Viewfinder, stock mic, A/B gold mount adapter plate, and tripod plate. New retail $5499.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/401795-REG/JVC_GYDV5100PKG_GY_DV5100K1_Professional_DV_Camcorder.html) **Please note: the KA-A50U external mic holder is not included in my kit. Fujinon S6.4x20BRM lens: The quintessential mother of all lenses for this cam. Includes HOYA 82mm UV filter and front lens cover. New retail $2995.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/334418-REG/JVC_S20X64BRMSD_S20X64BRMSD_1_2_Inch_CCD_Fujinon.html) JVC VF-P400U 4" CRT Studio Viewfinder: Very sharp, clear, and bright image. Slight image retention from target markers, does not affect viewability. Small scratch on left side of hood. New retail $729.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/26144-REG/JVC_VF_P400U_VF_P400U_4_Monochrome_Studio.html) JVC SA-K400 Studio Viewfinder mount: includes hex screws. This bracket attaches to the top handle of the camera and allows the VF-P400U to be attached New retail $44.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/197272-REG/JVC_SAK400_SA_K400_Studio_Viewfinder_Mounting.html) Anton Bauer Titan2 Simultaneous Charger: This guy charges TWO Anton Bauer batts at the same time, usually in 2 hours or less! Has been a huge timesaver for me. Also provides up to 70 watts of power to run your camera directly. AC power cord and coiled 4-pin XLR power cable included. New retail $899.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/250505-REG/Anton_Bauer_TITANT2_Titan_2_2_Position_Charger.html) Anton Bauer Hytron 120 battery: Holds a full charge. New retail $429.95. Mine is the 120 (120Wh, longer run time) Anton Bauer ProPac 65Wh battery: Holds full charge. New retail $314.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/69178-REG/Anton_Bauer_PROPAC14_ProPac14_Nickel_Cadmium_Battery.html) Bogen 3066 head on 3058 heavy duty tripod: Rock solid and smooth. Handles this fully loaded setup with ease. Dual pan handles included. New retail $1033.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/5312-REG/Bogen_Manfrotto__3058_Tripod_Legs_Chrome_.html) **Please note: the head in this link is the replacement model 516. Varizoom VZ-PRO-F Zoom Control: I love this zoom control. And I've used a few. My favorite feature is the speed zoom setting dial. I often will set this to the lowest zoom speed, hold down the rocker and get a perfect crawl zoom. The rocker also will perform variable zoom speed (the more pressure, the faster it zooms). New retail $379.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/183438-REG/Varizoom_VZPROF_VZ_PRO_F_Pro_Zoom_Controller.html) Fujinon CFH-2 Focus control handle: attaches to the pan handle. Used with the other two components listed below. New retail $322.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/115389-REG/Fujinon_CFH3_Fujinon_CFH3_Focus_Grip.html) **Please note: the model in this link is the CFH3 which replaced the CFH2. Fujinon CFC990 focus control cable: connects the focus control handle to the lens module. New retail $169.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/115257-REG/Fujinon_CFC990_Fujinon_CFC990_Flexible_Cable.html) Fujinon FMM-6A lens module: attaches to the focus section of the lens. New retail $322.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/191252-REG/Fujinon_FMM3B_Fujinon_FMM3B_Focus_Manual.html) **Please note: the module in this link is a more recent model #. Same unit as far as I can tell. NRG Varalux Pro light: model 56004 with the 4-pin XLR power connector. Mounts via camera shoe. The dimming feature of this light has been indespensable. There are also a wide variety of accessories available for it such as barndoors and color filters. New retail $219.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/66924-REG/NRG_56004_56004_Varalux_Pro_DC.html) Anton Bauer PowerTap 4-pin XLR to A/B cable: This adapter allows the Varalux light to be connected to the powertap connector on the camera's A/B plate. The plate has a feature that will control the light when you trigger the camera's record function. Very cool and great way to save battery power (light only comes on when you record). New retail $44.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/69225-REG/Anton_Bauer_POWERTAP20_PowerTap_20_20_PowerTap_to.html) Pelican 1620 hard rolling case: This case is as close to bullet proof as it gets. I've customized the interior to fit most of the accessories listed above (4" studio viewfinder, batteries, charger, light, zoom and focus controls). It has room for more too! (does not hold the camera/lens - you'll need a seperate case for those) New retail $184.95. Vendor link (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/179087-REG/Pelican_PC1620_1620_Foam_Case_Black_.html) These items total just under $13,600 new retail. My asking price will start at $8,500. All items are in excellent functional condition, and most of them are also in excellent cosmetic condition. While I don't have many posts on dvinfo.net, I'm no video newbie, nor am I new to selling professional video equipment. I've owned a Canon XL1, XL1s, GL1, GL2, JVC DV500, DV5000, and this DV5100. For your reference, my eBay ID is visualjourney - been buying and selling since 1999. 396 positive feedbacks and only one negative from someone I bent over backwards for but in the end he just refused to be reasoned with. Know anyone like that? ;) Please email me (dave@net-venture.com) with ANY questions. I will also be more than happy to give you my phone number if you prefer a phone conversation. Sorry for the ridiculously long post! Vishal Gurung July 21st, 2007, 01:57 AM Ok i know i posted earlier wanting to buy the HV20.. but i got to thinking and i own a FX1 and well... i should just stick to the same brand i spose.. Plus the HV20 is a tad pricier than what i can afford. So i'm looking to buy one of those three camera's.. i've got a budget and i'd love to be able to purchase soon. (am flying to hawaii Aug 24th and would love to bring the cam with me) If anyone has one of those 3 camera's for sale, please shoot me an email .. vgurung@shaw.ca and a reasonable price si vous plait. Merci Buckets! Vish Mat Thompson July 21st, 2007, 04:17 AM PM'ing has been disabled...I emailed Chris Hurd about it a couple of weeks ago to see what was going on! Is this NTSC by the way ? Henry Cho July 21st, 2007, 06:14 AM very nice hypercardioid mic. capsule can be swapped for the at4051a cardioid cap or the at4049a omni cap (both not included). i have a couple of these systems, and i'm looking to unload one. this mic has been a workhorse for me for a couple of years now, and, as a result, it has a couple of small scratches on the cap and body. general wear & tear stuff. the mic performs flawlessly. includes padded case, foam windscreen, and mic mount. i'll try and see if i can find the spec sheet that came with it. requires 48v phantom. asking $290 + shipping. http://www.downwiththefuture.com/pictures/at4053a.jpg Henry Cho July 21st, 2007, 11:33 AM sold. thanks for the inquiries. Roger Shealy July 21st, 2007, 12:32 PM HC3 is great for point and shoot in good lighting. If you are in dim lighting or want a lot of lens or audio control, you're better with something else. For informal shooting of the family in good lighting, this is an incredible little camera that isn't so expensive you can't afford to take chances. I'm very happy with mine, and hope to keep it occupied even when I get a nicer, more expensive rig. Jun Tang July 21st, 2007, 01:00 PM Correction - This is a non-AI change the pricing With Cinetech Gear is $395 without gear is $315 Jaime Valles July 21st, 2007, 02:34 PM Hello, folks! I am selling a like-new Dell 2400MP DLP Projector. It is in perfect condition, fully functional. It came brand-new directly from Dell, and is not a refurbished unit. It was bought on 12/12/2006 with the standard 2-year warranty, so it still has a good 1 1/2 years left of coverage. Includes all the accessories, cables, instruction manuals, remote control and carrying case. This projector was used for only two weeks for a digital screening of a feature film projected onto a 25 foot screen in a movie theater. The image is great, and very bright. It has a total of 68 hours on the lamp. The lamps are rated by Dell for approximately 2500 hours. Great for business presentations as well as video/home theater use. Retails for $1100, so you'll save big getting this one instead. ******************************* Paypal only. Will ship within the U.S. only. Price: $825 + Shipping Buyer must pay $35 for UPS ground shipping (includes packaging and insurance). Faster shipping options are also available. Pickup in person is OK if you're in the NYC area (after Paypal payment is confirmed). ******************************* Here are two photos of the projector: http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/6373/img2106op4.jpg http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/1476/img2110ma8.jpg Below is the info from Dell's website with the projector specifics. James Gleason July 21st, 2007, 03:13 PM Yes, it is NTSC. I'll even throw in the Sony VCT-870RM Tripod with Remote Controller on its handle. Vishal Gurung July 21st, 2007, 04:09 PM Yeps this is why i'm in the market for one... plus like i said, i'm flying to hawaii and i'd rather bring a cheaper HD than my fx1 which is a tad bulky for the airlines i reckon anyone? :) Francois Poitras July 21st, 2007, 07:27 PM Still for sale. Price is now $175. Roger Shealy July 21st, 2007, 08:53 PM You may also want to look at the Canon HV10 which is really small and is better in low light. Most reviews put it and the HC3 at about parity, depends on whether really small is a priority or not. I think the HV20 is out also, but costs a bit more as is the HC7 as an upgrade to the HC3. Both the HC3 and the DV10 are a bit "long in tooth" at this point, understanding cameras are "fashion". If you're looking for utility, you can use this to your advantage and get a good deal on either the HC3 or DV10 since they are now about 12 months old and the newer cameras have found their way to the stores' shelves. Vishal Gurung July 21st, 2007, 10:23 PM Thanks for the advice Roger - i've looked @ the HV10 and truth be told, the form factor is what deters me. That and as i said, i've got an FX1 so i figure i should probably be able to use the HC3 as a capture deck as well as vacation type camera. Plus my budget manager aka 'THE WIFE' has approved the funds allocated for the camera and the HC3/5 would fall under this budget, but not the HV20 i'm afraid :| Troy Davis July 21st, 2007, 10:34 PM If anyone has a vx2000 or vx2100 laying around with low hours that I can take off your hands in exchange for a pratically new Sony HD HC-7 let me know. HC-7 has only been used once and still have original box. pm me if interested. Btw, I'm shooting a wedding july 28th and need to make this happen asap. Thanks, Troy Daniel Weber July 21st, 2007, 10:46 PM I have a Mint Condition Sony PVM-5041Q field monitor for sale. It comes with a PortBrace field case for it and is in mint condition and has hardly been used. It works perfectly. It handles PAL, NTSC and has inputs for composite and component as well external sync. It handles both 4:3 and 16:9 images. It also has underscan, blue only and H/V delay settings. I paid $over $1000 for the monitor and case. I am asking $450 or best offer. We can discuss shipping options. I will take Paypal. Thanks, Dan Weber Hart Boyd July 22nd, 2007, 01:37 PM Email sent. Ian Thompson July 22nd, 2007, 01:55 PM Any selling thier SGpro I really need one and can't wait till Oct-Sept to receive one. Let me know thanks Matt Buys July 22nd, 2007, 03:39 PM By on the fritz, I mean for the last few months it will (sometimes) not power on. I then have to turn it upside down and shake it (sound of loose screw) and then it comes on again. I shot a wedding with this last month and I have to say I didn't look that professional but it worked. I bought this used from Promax last year with underwater housing for around $2100. It is the japanese gray market version. I would take 1250 plus shipping for the combo. Jacques Mersereau July 22nd, 2007, 05:50 PM I took a close look at the 3X today and it is in excellent condition with the exception of where I marked the housing with my initals, {JCM} I'll get some pics up on a website soon. Ken Grohs July 22nd, 2007, 06:05 PM Here's some photos of the mattebox package. Not pictured are the ring adapters that I am also including which allow this to be used on a 58mm dia. lens (ie. GL2, VX2100, etc). Hart, in answer to your question, yes, this will work perfectly on an XL-H1, as it's basically the same camera (dimension-wise) as an XL2. http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision01.jpg http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision02.jpg http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision03.jpg http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision04.jpg http://www.omegastudios.net/temp/cavision05.jpg Please excuse any apparent mess in the above photos as we were moving things around this weekend. -Ken Matt Trubac July 22nd, 2007, 11:43 PM Sent an email, did you receive it? Vishal Gurung July 23rd, 2007, 01:11 AM Monday Morning Bump! Adam Rench July 23rd, 2007, 07:53 AM Bump - also, you can make an offer for this. The worst that can happen is that I say no. hehe... Richard Rock July 23rd, 2007, 09:17 AM Greetings! I am selling my Bogen 501 Video Head with a second pan handle. I upgraded to a 503, so I've decided I don't need both. I've had it for a few years and kept it in great shape. It can handle a stock Canon XL series camera and anything lighter fairly well, but I don't recommend a loaded cam or a broadcast sized cam as it does not have counterbalance springs. The second handle is nice to have for studio work and the head is very smooth. All in all, it's a great head and gets the job done. $125 and shipping is included. Thanks for looking! Steven Davis July 23rd, 2007, 11:12 AM Do you still have this and what block is it? Francois Poitras July 23rd, 2007, 04:27 PM Folks, the mic is no longer available for sale. Thanks Jad Meouchy July 23rd, 2007, 04:53 PM 1500 in hand, interested in something considered mobile for an eng rig Currently considering a Vinten Pro-10 new from B&H, but would prefer something better, used of course I will go to 2k if it's a nice lot Eric Holloway July 23rd, 2007, 10:37 PM still for sale Eric Holloway July 23rd, 2007, 11:01 PM still for sale Eric Holloway July 23rd, 2007, 11:02 PM still for sale |
