I have just finished shooting an assignment and I am currently selling my new unused Brevis 35mm adapter.

I bought 2 for a particular assignment but I used only one. The other was for back-up, incase one fails. Well as the first one works fine, the other was never used. I recieved the adapters on the 23th of June 2007 .You can verify with Dennis Wood of Cinevate of the shipping date. You still get 1 year warranty from Cinevate. The Adapther is brand new, still wrap in papaer from the manufacturer.I bought some extras gears, but never got to used them too. So they are all in new condition. The only thing that was used , is the Rails System. It has some use marking on it.I am selling them as a set.

The items for sale are:

1 Brevis HD Bundle with Nikon mount & CF1L (new) never used.
1 Canon FD Mount (new) never mounted
1 CF2 (new) never mounted
1 CF3 (new)never mounted
1 Spacer (new)
1 Rails System Stainless Steel (used)

The above items when bought new will cost over 1600 euros (Canadian $1817.45 + 19%tax + shipping to Germany) from Cinevate

Give me an offer, Shpping will be done with DHL within Europe or I can ship to Australia too.I will also give the buyer a self-build emergency battery pack, it helps to power the Brevis for an extra 48hours or If the internal cells are completely drained, the battry pack will partially charge them, and allow immediate operation of the smart charger.I have also changed the AC plug to the european two pins plug.

The link shows the 2 adapter. The one on the left of the picture that is still wrap, is the one for sale.

I have for sale is barely used MultiRig PRO with a padded velcro waist belt. Actually used twice. It is a great shoulder brace and I have used it with my Sony FX1. I would keep it, if I were not moving away slowly from videography to photography. Yes, photography.

Anyway, my asking price is $400 not including shipping. The actual shipping cost will depend on the buyer's address. I am a verified Paypal and Ebay member.

Here's the site in case you wanted to see want comes with it. http://www.dvmultirig.com/store/

Ray

I may be interested, but I'm also naive about the functionality of the mixer. Is it possible to hook the mixer up to a computer/NLE to use it for post production audio mixing? I skimmed through the specs on a site that was selling it and saw no obvious port for connection to a computer. Please let me know...

Thanks,
Kevin

If you're talking about being able to externally control software, this mixer doesn't have firewire built-in. It might be able to be used as a control surface if you have some sort of midi card installed. Not sure about that, though; you'd have to check with the manufacturer of the mixer and the midi card to make sure. Here's a link to the Mackie site:

http://www.mackie.com/products/1202vlzpro/

Aside from that, though, some people use mixers in the edit suite to more easily patch in and out from speakers, decks, etc. I think you could certainly use this mixer for that purpose if you have something like a Blackmagic or Aja card installed.

We used the mixer on set for monitoring and riding volume levels. Also, another advantage is that there are built-in limiters on the sound, so you might get some added warmth, and ultimately I think we got very good sound on our production.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can answer any other questions. Thanks again for looking!

The Mackie 1202 VLZ Pro is a fine little analog mixer. That's all it does. There is no possibility of using it as a control surface, nor does it have built in limiting (but it does have some channel inserts that can be used with an external compressor/limiter).

There is one sitting on my editing desk right now, and it does fine for routing analog signal, lets me listen to various sources (DV deck, CD player, etc.), lets me use a mic, or a mic needing phantom for occassional narration, and gives me volume control on the studio monitors.

It would be used in this kind of setup with a sound card on the computer to handle the analog-digital and digital-analog tasks.

It also makes a fine mixer for general use wherever you have AC power available.

Hi all -
Selling one Sony Z1U - operation 16, drum run 12, tape run 9, threading 23

Very good condition, includes Sony HG WA lens, 2x F970 batteries, an old Hi8 Sony hard case that fits like a glove, some accessories are missing, but it's a ready to go kit if you're in the market.

Looking for around $3700, depending on payment method (Paypal accepted), + shipping.

Got a deal on an FX7, and the smaller size is easier on my back, hate to sell the Z1, but someone else who can better use it should have it! Incredible camera, works great, what else can you say!
